About Jana Kaye Kuhnert

Founder, Travel Designer & Legacy Maker

With a lifelong passion for meaningful travel and a heart for people, I bring a storyteller’s spirit and an educator’s attention to detail to every journey I design. My path has been as full and rich as the itineraries I love to craft—from a decade as a social studies educator, to my current work as a legal assistant and co-founder of NubAbility Athletics, a national nonprofit serving youth athletes with limb differences. For years now, I’ve been planning large-scale group travel for families, teams, and mission-driven events across the country. Now, I am fulfilling a dream of mine to encourage and assist clients, to establish a legacy of memories through travel.

I live with my husband on our family farm in the rolling hills of southern Illinois, where the view is peaceful, the roots run deep, and the pack of hounds is always at our feet. As empty nesters with a growing legacy—a family of 15 and counting—we’re committed to filling our lives (and theirs) with golden memories around the world. I’ve been blessed to explore much of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, with a deep love for the British Virgin Islands and small ship voyages that make the world feel personal.

At the end of the day, I’m just a GiGi who loves Jesus and the world He died for. Travel and making new connections is how I live that love—with curiosity, reverence, and a joyful sense of discovery.
